About
The Aureline-trained clinic volunteer who runs Spindrift's clinic (a curtained corner of ring two with a printer and a prayer). His first words to Cross are "thank you for the doctor" — gratitude for Petrov's help. He directs Cross to hold a dying man's hand at the fourth bed. When ring four's section hatch was sealing during Oduya's atrocity, Tariq went into ring four, pulled two clear, and went back for a third; he was on the wrong side of the seal when it set. One of the six dead at Spindrift. (verify Cross / Petrov slugs)
Career
Two years of medical training on Aureline (incomplete — money ran out). - Ran the Spindrift clinic after the Combine pulled the contract and the last doctor left.
